The New turning Point to death of justice loya.!

The Supreme Court bench of justice Arun Mishra and M. Shantanagoudaran  Tuesday directed the matter to be placed “before the appropriate bench”. This might be done as PIL has been moved to the new bench.The major bone of contention  for that made by four judges  was assignment of matter

The bench comprising of chief  Justice of India  Deepak Mishra , Justice A.K. Sikri, Justice A.M. Khanwilkar, Justice D.Y. Chandarachud and justice Ashok Bhushan will be hearing  Eight  Important cases referred to it.

The death mystery of judge is not getting solved, as Loya died of cardiac attack in Nagpur on December 1, 2014 when he had to attend the wedding of his friend’s daughter, but the Plea was filed by Maharashtra based journalist B.R. lone. He has said that a fair probe is to be needed inti the death of justice loya case, as he was hearing the case of Sohrabuddin encounter case in which various police officers and BJP President Amit Shah were Named as Parties. The issue came under the spotlight in November last year after media reports quoting his sister fuelled suspicion about the circumstances surrounding his death and its link to the sohrabuddin case.
