METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE DIED DUE TO COVID-19

On Tuesday, Metropolitan Magistrate KAMRAN KHAN, Dwarka District Court, South West District, New Delhi had passed away due to the Covid-19.

Metropolitan magistrate Kamran khan has jurisdiction over the police stations of Palam Village, Mayapuri, Palam Airport. He dealt with the cases of immoral trafficking act,1956, Delhi municipal corporation act, 1957, Delhi development act, 1957 specifically.

On Monday nearly 30,000 cases of covid-19 recorded in Delhi and the number of deaths was nearly 300 according to statistics of the health department of Delhi.

Because of the increasing cases of covid-19 in Delhi, the government extended the lockdown for another week till May 3 to curb the spread of covid-19.

On the direction of Delhi high court government booked 100 rooms in Ashoka hotel for covid-19 facilities to the family of judges and justices.
