Whenever the family demanded for document hospital bind to provide the same. This observation made in Gaurav kumar bansal vs union of India, 2021, the relative of patient who died due to covid-19 demanded document to receive the compensation granted to the families of covid-19 patients.
Under Arbitration and conciliation act, 1996 the court is not empowered to grant pendente lite interest in contract, if party to the contract mentioned the clause in contract to bar the payment of pendente lite interest.
