Delhi high court initiated a criminal proceeding against the lawyer who is misbehaving with the prosecutor after being warned by the judge. Speaking in the high pitch before the court despite the request by the judge not to misbehave in the courtroom.

Justice Shivaji Anand was hearing the application of interim bail by the lawyer for his client. Then the lawyer made the allegation against the public prosecutor for making joke of him. Despite the repeated warnings of the court the lawyer keeps on raising the pitch of her voice.

Judge asked the lawyer for a written explanation of his misbehaviour and repeated interference in the court proceeding, despite the several warnings from the court. But the lawyer declined to submit the same.

The lawyer was seeking interim bail from the court for his 60-year-old client on medical grounds and health issues but the same was rejected by the court.
