For the first time in history, the proceeding before the constitutional bench of Supreme Court will be streaming live from tomorrow
The live streaming of the proceeding can be seen on the platform of the Supreme Court itself https://webcast.gov.in/scindia/.
The constitution bench comprising Chief Justice of India UU Lalit, Justice DY Chandrachud, and Justice Sanjay Kaul will hear the cases tomorrow.
The bench initiate with the hearing of the EWS quota case which was inserted by 103 constitutional amendments.
The bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud will hear the cases of Shivsena split. And Justice Sanjay Kaul will hear the issue related to the validity of AIBE examination.
In 2018 Supreme court accepted the idea of live streaming cases of Public Importance in the Swapnil Tripathi case.
